| I havn't been on in a while and just read some posts from I believe yesturday about some people saying that Ash's ICs were designed to fit in a location where they do not get good flow. I looked through some of the pics posted of my car's IC by other members and it does appear that way. The reason that the ICS are actually atleast a good solid 1" farther out than they need to be from center is not a flaw in Ash's design, but instead are b/c I am not using the 2nd bracket that is used to hold the ICs in place. The reasoning of me doing this is b/c my car actually did not have the brackets on originally oddly enough and I had no idea that I was suppose to use them. After finding that out though, I ordered a used set from Z1 and went to go put the brackets on. When trying to put the brackets on though, I realised that since I already cut the hoses I bought to fit with the ICs without the brackets, the hose length would not work now with using the brackets. I was dissapointed by my simple mistake b/c it does make the ICs atleast 1" off from where they need to be. After thinking about it though, I was not too concerned b/c my engine is not done at all, and I was expecting to have to get back to the ICs anyway to put on the ducts when they come out. Not wanting to go any longer without driving my car though, I just left the ICs as is, order new hoses and will either put the brackets on when I get back to Texas, or I'll wait till I pull my engine for the build and install the IC ducts that ash will be coming out with along with the needed brackets and larger piping all at once (I'll prolly go this route). Anyways, hope that cleared up spme stuff. Sorry for not being around to be able to explain that at the time.
